How do I return an item?


You can return Items(s) you bought from our website within 30 days. - We only refund defective or damaged items that were not damaged during delivery. - Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. - Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. - We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. - Exchanges are not part of our returns policy. - Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs for your delivery. Ozone Apparel will not refund the shipping costs if you only return a part of the original order. The time for processing your refund is two weeks (14 calendar days) upon receipt. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order. Credit card: we will credit your account. Real-time bank transfer: the refund will be automatically added to your account.




How can I track my order?


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If for some reason you do not receive this: First - check your spam emails. Second - email contact@ozoneapparel.store and we will get in touch with you ASAP.
