Thanks for visiting Ozone Apparel! Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our standard shipping rates are:
United Kingdom - Free delivery
Delivery delays can occasionally occur - COVID-19 circumstances may affect delivery.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
We ship to addresses within the U.K.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ozone Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Ozone Apparel is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently only ship to the UK. We plan to ship to all countries in the future as we expand.
Return & Refund Policy
You can return Items(s) you bought from our website within 30 days.
We only refund defective or damaged items that were not damaged during delivery.
Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order.
Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining refund orders will slow down the process!
Unfortunately, we cannot currently facilitate exchanges.
Receiving your refund
We will process your return as quickly as possible. After receipt of your returned Item(s), we will refund the purchase price including the original standard shipping costs for your delivery. Ozone Apparel will not refund the shipping costs if you only return a part of the original order. The time for processing your refund is two weeks (14 calendar days) upon receipt. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.
Credit card: we will credit your account.
Real-time bank transfer: the refund will be automatically added to your account.
You can pay using:
Non-UK currencies: Your bank may charge you for exchanging your currency to pounds sterling (£).
